Founder of Beef Aficionado in 2006, food columnist, and food critic for Serious Eats (2007-1014) and restaurant editor at Eater NY (2014-2018), Nick has a considerable amount of experience encapsulating a dining experience and relaying this to his readers. In 2015, Nick began hosting The Meat Show for Eater Video where he continues his exploratory work into meat culture across the world. In 2016, Nick launched Meat Life Media with a primary focus on production, events, and consulting on the modern carnivore lifestyle.
