Swivel Hook

The Swivel Hook is made of stainless steel and perfectly suited for the use with food. Perfect for hanging larger pieces of meat on the Hanger.

Thanks to the swivel joint on the hook, the hung meat can be turned in any desired direction. This is especially important when several pieces are hung next to each other and the space is to be used optimally. It is also important when the most beautiful side of the meat is to be positioned facing to the front.

The Swivel Hook is inserted into the meat with the pointed side and hung on the Hanger with the other side. This ensures that the meat hangs safely and freely in the DRYAGER. By hanging on Swivel Hooks, the meat does not get any pressure marks and the air can circulate ideally around the maturing product. This ensures perfect Dry Aging results.
